1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse the products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:

Metros: 3–7 business days

Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD availability depends on the product and your delivery location.
If COD is available, you will see the option at checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via SMS or email.
Simply click the link to track the status in real time.
6. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address.
If it has already been dispatched, additional charges may apply.
7. What is your return and refund policy?

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

8. What if my product is damaged or defective?
Please record a video while unboxing the product and contact us within 48 hours.
Our support team will assist with a replacement or refund.
9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To request cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
